How to Become A Master Recruiter


Learn from Executive Consultant Mike Obay, someone who has personally sponsored over 140 people, how to be 100% confident and be a recruiting super-star! This is an outstanding training that is not to be missed!

It’s a simple four-step process:


  1.  Ask for a Favor
  2.  The Why
  3.  Creditability to the Company
  4.  The facts


Ask for a Favor:


"Hey, can you do a favor for me?"

Most of your warm contacts will immediately say yes and ask what is it you need them to do? First explain that the favor is not going to cost them any money, it’s not going to take much time, and will save them some money.


"First, let me assure you that it won't cost you a dime. It won't inconvenience you because I'll do all the work and you'll save money on a bill you already pay month after month."


The Why:  


The next step is to explain to your customer the reason you’re in the business. Example, tell the customer you started a business to earn some additional income for your children’s college fund and by trying my service will give me my first promotion which is a 55% pay increase.


Creditability of the Company:


Now tell your customer that you partnered with a company called Ambit Energy out of Dallas. Here are a couple points to explain about Ambit:

Ambit was founded by the grandson of the founder of 7-Eleven.

Ambit partnered with Shell Energy Trading who is solely owned by Royal Dutch Shell, named by Forbes as the largest corporation in the world in 2012.

Ambit has partnered with their utility company to supply electricity to their home.


The Facts:


Tell your customer you just need them to try the service and provide the following facts:



2 out of 3 customers will be willing to try the service at this point. Notice that nothing was mentioned about Ambit's travel rewards or free energy.
